The Maida Tilchen papers consist of approximately 1.5 linear feet of material dating from 1973 to 2021. The collection consists of correspondence, unpublished essays, journal entries, published articles, concert ephemera, interviews with musicians, recordings of women’s music and other performances. Audio recordings will be transferred to a digital format for user access.

Michigan Womyn's Music Festival records
The Michigan Womyn’s Music Festival records (1976-2015) contain crew guides and handbooks, maps, banners, t-shirts, programs, brochures, posters, meeting minutes, correspondence, inventories, press clippings, as well as recordings and photographs taken during the festival. The collection gives an insight of the intense effort and amount of coordination it took to make the festival possible, and how it evolved and grew more complex with each iteration.
Native American advocacy and fundraising ephemera
The Native American advocacy and fundraising ephemera consists of fundraising mailings and associated pins and necklaces from the Native American Rights Fund and American Indian Relief Council. Objects include a medicine wheel pin, feather pin, 35th Anniversary NARF label pin, and a feather necklace.
Penny Gardner papers
The Penny Gardner papers contain correspondence, photographs, clippings, pamphlets, t-shirts, and other ephemera relating to Gardner's activism on behalf of the Lesbian/LGBTQ+ community, including records documenting her participation in the 1991 Ride for Reproductive Freedom, her leadership within the Council on Aging, and other organizations.

The San Francisco Pride 2015 Ephemera Collection includes more than 225 items of ephemera, including brochures, stickers, postcards, pinback buttons, business cards, and realia such as a condom and a luggage tag. They represent a wide range of businesses, medical practices, nonprofit organizations, social service agencies, religious organizations, and other entities with connections to the LGBTQ community in San Francisco.
