The Campus Mail Service records includes bulletins and newsletters as well as a procedures for using campus mail. The annual reports of the Campus Mail Service provide listings of the amount of postage on the mail sent off-campus, as well as information on increases or decreases. Information is also provided on mail pickup schedules, employees, facilities, etc.

The University Services records contain two issues of the newsletters Messages from University Services Division and News Bulletin. The issues feature articles about the Printing Office and the Purchasing Department. There is also information about University Stores, and other offices.
