This scrapbook belonged to Michigan State College student, Emma Hyde. Included are event programs for concerts, plays at MSC and the Gladmer Theater and other activities; dance cards, college receipts, greeting cards, men's and women's athletics, and newspaper clippings. The Francis “Fran” Dittrich collection consists of three scrapbooks created by Fran Dittrich, during his time as Michigan State’s Track & Field and Cross Country Head Coach. Two of the scrapbooks contain newspaper articles discussing the teams, while the third consists of photographs, articles, certificates, correspondence regarding Dittrich’s career and those of the head coaches before him, and Dittrich's MSU identification card.

In the letters he writes about his activities, events attended, his student job in the kitchen and a little bit about his classes. The records of the Inter-Cooperative Council consist of meeting minutes, history of MSU cooperative housing by Orion Ulrey and George Motts, by-laws, and one issue of the Inter-Cooperative Council committee newsletter.
