Materials in this collection consist of correspondence, replies to invitations, cards of delegates who attended, programs and miscellaneous papers pertaining to specific events, various newspapers (primarily Michigan) from early 1907, and a certificate of congratulation (1907).
The collection also contains postcards and photographs.
The records of the Administrative Professional Association consists of a brochure, meeting minutes for 2008 to 2010, correspondence to the membership, constitution and bylaws, committee reports, and agreements between the Board of Trustees and the APA.
The Administrative Professional Supervisors Association records consist of agreements between Michigan State University and the ASPA covering 1994 to 2019, a 1986 issue of the APSA newsletter, issues of the newsletter Outlook from 2002 to 2009, and by-laws of the organization
The papers of Alfonso Garcinava consist of one scrapbook, containing photographs and postcards of friends, athletic events, and campus life at Michigan Agricultural College. It also includes photos of sailing on the Detroit River.
