Scope and Contents Ground breaking for the Breslin Student Events Center, a new $35 million dollar facility which will become the home of Spartan basketball, takes place outdoors at Michigan State University. The video begins with the Geriatric Six Plus One band performing on stage, led by Maurice Crane on clarinet. President John A.
