A. J. Thompson papers
Papers of A. J. Thompson consist of one letter to his cousin describing the crops at Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University) and the treatment of his malaria with quinine.
A. W. Sutton papers
The A. W. Sutton papers contain receipts from Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University) for room and board, subscriptions to "The College Speculum", and enrollment fees from 1881-1883. The collection also contains a few pieces of handwritten poetry as well as quotes.
Abbott family collection
The Abbott family collection includes general and personal correspondence, photographs, scrapbooks, certificates, newspaper clippings, ephemera, and realia. This includes letters written and photographs taken by Ai and Elizabeth Abbott during their time in Peru, correspondence and journals from Inez Abbott and Ella Snyder during their time in Europe and Bulgaria, and photographs and realia relating to the Chicago Commons Settlement.
Adorf B. Krentel papers
The collection consists of four oversized photographs that include the baseball team, field day team and an unidentified fraternal organization. All are circa 1896.

Asher B. Abelow collection
The collection consists of nine photographs taken during Abelow's stay at Michigan State College. The photographs have been glued on pages and have captions written beside them. The collection includes a picture of Company B on parade, winter scenes of the Red Cedar River, views of campus, Abelow and other Army Specialized Training Program (ASTP) members in the Union Lounge, and a winter scene of North Hall with ASTP members in front.
