Michigan Governor John Engler attends the official opening a 72,000 square foot addition to the MSU Veterinary Clinical Center. Engler is interviewed on-camera and then tours the facilities with MSU staff and faculty. The video ends with an interview of Engler's press secretary, John Truscott.
