Scope and Contents

The collection contains photographs and copy negatives taken by Balthazar Korab for a study of outdoor sculpture in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Lansing, Michigan. Korab’s photos were published in Fay Hendry’s "Outdoor Sculpture in Grand Rapids," "Outdoor Sculpture in Kalamazoo," and "Outdoor Sculpture in Lansing".

Scope and Contents The records consist of research data gathered between 1976 and 1981 and related administrative records. The bulk of the research files are organized according to geographical emphasis. Individual series document sculpture in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, other Michigan cities, the United States in general, and Brazil.
