Scope and Contents
The Stephen Murray collection contains most issues of the Phalanstery Review, a student publication in James Madison College. The Phalanstery Review was meant to provide a weekly forum for student and faculty opinions" in James Madison College. Common themes in the issues are the discussion of the proper place of residential colleges within universities, administration/student relationships within James Madison College and current events. Also in the collection is one issue of Snork?, a James Madison student publication that predates the Phalanstery Review.
