Scope and Contents

The Shao Chang Lee papers contain primarily materials relating to courses taught by Lee in the field of Asian Studies. Titles of courses include: The Development of Chinese Culture; A Short Cultural History of China; History of Modern Japanese Thought; and Religious Trends in the Far East. Also included is a manuscript of A Short History of China by Lee. The collection also contains information about the development of the International Center at Michigan State University. There is also biographical information and correspondence.
