Scope and Contents
This collection consists of one volume of records of Company F of the 7th Michigan Infantry, mustered in Monroe in 1861. The regiment fought in the eastern theater and took part in the battles of the Peninsula Campaign, Antietam, Fredericksburg, Gettysburg and Appomattox Court House. The company records include lists of officers and enlisted men, recording enlistment's, desertions, transfers, discharges and deaths.
