Scope and Content
Records in paper and digital formats document the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum project, from the initial idea of an addition for the Kresge Art Museum to the planning, construction and dedication of a new facility with a bold design and an expanded mission to advance understanding of our world through the exploration of modern and contemporary art.
These materials were collected by Dr. Linda O. Stanford, Associate Provost for Academic Services, Professor of Art History and the Broad Art Museum Project Coordinator and consist of Broad Art Museum Advisory Team records.
The electronic resource is a documentary produced by WKAR in June 2013. The focus of the documentary is on the implementation and design of the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum building located on Grand River Avenue.
