Scope and Content
The Frank D'Itri collection contains articles by D'Itri on methylmercury pollution, and background articles and reports on methylmercury pollution. Also included are photographs related to mercury pollution in Minamata, Japan and Grassy Narrows, Ontario, Canada.
The photographs by Shisei Kuwabara show people, a factory, people affected by Minamata disease, and fisherman.
The photosgraphs by Koichi Enishi include images of Canadians visit to Minamata, Japan; Grassy Narrows, and Japanese visit to Canada.
Also include are slides of Canada, a factory, people, and charts and graphs. It is unclear who took the slides and some are copies of the photos in the collection.
