Scope and Contents
The Publications series consists of articles, reports, and publications written by Schuler. Topics include sociology, and a few about race, social relations, and health.
The Pakistan Project series includes materials from Schuler's time as advisor to the Pakistan Academy for Rural Development, such as correspondence, publications, reports, meeting minutes and agendas, and research materials.
The Diaries series consists of the diary Schuler wrote while an advisor to the Pakistan Academy for Village Development, Comilla, East Pakistan. There are many formats and edited versions, including the originals, Edison Voicewriter discs of Schuler reading the diaries for transcription, typed and edited transcriptions, and microfilm.
The Notes series contains Schuler's handwritten notes.
The Correspondence series has letters, memoranda, and attachments to and from Schuler.
The MSU series contains curriculum materials, correspondence, symposia materials, newsletters, brochures, reports, correspondence, and memoranda.
The American Sociological Association series primarily consists of Schuler's work on the Committee on Professional Ethics, and the creation of a statement of ethics for the ASA.
The Subject series and the People series contain a variety of materials on topics of interest and people Schuler worked with.
The Audio Visual Materials series consists of recordings from meetings, and speeches by other academics.
The Maps series contains maps of East and West Pakistan, and Ceylon.
