Scope and Contents
The records consist of policies on academic standings and general education requirements, “Evaluation of the 1987 Foreign Teaching Assistant Orientation Program”, preliminary summary of the 1993 Freshman survey, report of the Committee of Undergraduate Education from 1967, “Minority Undergraduate Recruitment and Retention Programs” from 1989, report about the first year student experience, programs from the University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum, and reports from the Working Group for the Improvement of Undergraduate Education. Also included is Doug Estry's MSU Dubai planning materials from 2007-2008 containing information on the various aspects of planning the MSU Dubai branch including academic as well as cultural concerns.
The Electronic Resources include correspondence in the form of e-mail memos and attachments, programs and mailings for the University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum (UURAF), the Mid-Michigan Symposium for Undergraduate Research Experiences (MID-SURE), and T-Summit (a collaboration between MSU and IBM).
