Scope and Contents
The Carol Haddad papers contain materials related to the issue of abortion including Michigan Reproductive Freedom Council flyers, an issue of Greater Lansing Right to Life Magazine, as well as other Michigan and national publications and newspaper clippings. There is also material about Big Business Day held in Lansing including a speech by Haddad, flyers, and newspaper clippings. There are also newspaper clippings about the national event. Other materials include an event poster/flyer for an 1981 Anti-Inauguration event and thank you note for Haddad’s participation, support solicitation letter from the Peace Education Center in East Lansing, and a letter from the Zolton Ferency campaign. Also included is the booklet "From Calumet to Kalamazoo: A Discussion and Resource Guide for Teaching Michigan Labor History" by Carol Haddad and John Revitte.
