The sixth annual Michigan Radio and Television Conference takes place on the campus of Michigan State College (MSC). People interviewed on camera prior to the conference include Professor Joe A. Calloway (MSC Dept. of Speech and Radio), Hy Steed (General Manager, WLAV Grand Rapids), James Denison (Administrative Assistant to MSC President John A. Hannah), Frieda Hennock (Commissioner of the Federal Communications Commission), and Loleta Fyan (State Librarian of Michigan).
