Biography
Charles William Bale was the Assistant Chief Engineer for Willamette Iron and Steel Works, in Portland, Oregon, and later he became the Chief Engineer for the Potter Refrigerator Corporation in Portland, Oregon. He was from Vermontville, Michigan and graduated from Michigan Agricultural College in 1900 with a B.S. degree in engineering.
