Scope and Contents
This collection contains family correspondence between members of the Avery family, including C. S. and Ellen Avery of Bucks Flat, California, and Edward Avery of Fort Junction, Iowa. The letters are primarily concerned with family matters, though C. S. Avery's letters also discuss agriculture in California. The collection also contains receipts and a deed for Sarah Avery of Three Oaks, Michigan.
