Scope and Contents
Leon Budd papers consist of a scrapbook which depicts student life at Michigan Agricultural College from 1911 to 1914. It contains photographs, athletic schedules, invitations and printed programs, ticket stubs, student autographs and registers, and several undergraduate hazing posters.

Biographical Note
Leon Linton Budd, of Laingsburg, Michigan, attended Michigan Agricultural College (now known as Michigan State University) from 1911 to 1914, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. While at M.A.C., he was a member of the Trimoira Literary Society (Beta Kappa Fraternity) and served as a sergeant in Company D of the College Cadet Corps. Budd apparently did not complete the requirements for graduation.
