Hazel Ramsey collection
Scope and Contents
This collection contains an account book of a general store located in Brunswick County, Virginia dated 1792 to 1793. One of the patrons of the store was Colonel Thomas Claiborne (1749-1812), a planter and politician, who represented Virginia in the United States House of Representatives from 1793 to 1799 and 1801 to 1805.
