Biographical Note
Osmond Charles Howe graduated from Michigan Agricultural College with a B.S. in 1883. He became a farmer living in Buchanan, Michigan but remained affiliated with MAC as a member of the Board of Visitors. Howe was the Chief of the Division of Agricultural Statistics in Lansing, Michigan where he was also involved in real estate. Howe resided in Lansing until his death on November 29, 1930.
