Biographical Note
Born circa 1869, Ben K. Bentley of Marshall, Michigan graduated from Michigan Agricultural College in 1890 and was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. From 1891 to 1897, Bentley worked as a salesman in a Denver clothing store before becoming a merchant in Denver from 1897 to 1900. Bentley returned to Michigan and settled in Marshall, Michigan as a farmer. In 1930, Bentley resided in Ceresco, Michigan.
