The Steven Stardevant collection consists of 18 postcards and photographs taken by Roscoe Ellsworth Brightup of Michigan Agricultural College football, military science, buildings, unidentified groups, and Theodore Roosevelt.

Biographical Note
Steven Stardevant graduated from Michigan State University in 1976 with a B.A. in History. Photos in this collection were taken by Roscoe Ellsworth Brightup (grandfather of the donor’s wife). Brightup graduated from Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University) in 1911.
