Historical Note
The Propeller newspaper was a Michigan State University registered student organization whose objective was to create awareness of stories, people, and places often overlooked by local media. The Propeller was divided into three sections, "Editorial Bullets," which covered local and national news, "48 Thrills," a concert and record reviews segment, and "Burning from the Inside: Literature," a literature section. The Propeller possibly ceased publication in 1988.
