This collection contains programs for guidance workshops, conference and meeting programs, bibliographies of guidance materials, and guidance service manuals. These documents were published in the late 1940s and early 1950s.

Historical Note
The Institute of Counseling, Testing, and Guidance was created in 1945 by the State Board of Agriculture. It was responsible for teaching students’ guidance services, more specifically, consultation to business, industry and education; guidance worker training; research; and preparations of guidance tool publications. The institute was the foundation for the College of Education.
