Learning and Evaluation Service records
Scope and Contents
The records of Learning Evaluation Service consist of publications, reports, schedule of workshops and seminars, and a newsletter. The publications focus on aiding instructors with improving their teaching skills. The research reports contain information on how seniors viewed their experience at MSU.
The collection also includes unpublished annual reports for 1965 - 1969.

Historical Note
The Learning Service office was created in 1965 and first administered by Instructional Development Service. Instructional Development later changed its name to Instructional Development and Telecommunications Services. In 1975 Learning Service merged with the Evaluation Service to become Learning and Evaluation Service. It offered faculty information and help with teaching techniques as well as providing scoring services. The office closed in 1982.
