The collection consists of a 1934 commencement program, 1934 college diploma, an undated Michigan State University greeting card with an image of Beaumont Tower, a photograph of the 50th year reunion of the class of 1934 and a 50 year alumnus certificate from June 1984.

Biographical Note

Dale Wynton Albig was born May 16, 1913 in Naperville, Illinois, to Orville M. and Hattie L. (Loose) Albig. He attended high school in Lansing, Michigan, and graduated in 1930. In 1934, Albig graduated with high honor from Michigan State College (now Michigan State University) with a B.A. in liberal arts. Albig was married to Mildred Wendelken (1916-2007). According to his death record, he was a physician at a general hospital. Albig died June 15, 1991, at age 78, in Hendersonville, Henderson County, North Carolina.
