Historical Note
The Anti-Discrimination Judicial Board (ADJB) was created in 1970 by the Board of Trustees and called the Committee Against Discrimination. The name changed in 1972 to the Anti- Discrimination Judicial Board. This board had jurisdiction only over alleged discrimination complaints filed by and pertaining to members of the MSU community.
In 1994 the Board maintained its name but shared an office with FOIA and the Affirmative Action Compliance and Monitoring unit. In 2007, ADJB was administered by the Office of Inclusion and Intercultural Initiatives where it still resides.
