Biographical Note
Lillian Ruth Grimm was born May 13, 1899. She earned a B.S. in home economics in 1922 from Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University. Grimm married Frank Rodney Frazer (1897-1993). They lived in Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland. She died May 31, 1992.
