Biography

Jason Scott Kilgore completed his university education and training at Michigan State University with degrees of B.S. (1995), M.S. (2002) and Ph.D. (2007). His professional experience includes Ecologist and Project Manager, Northern Ecological Services, Inc., Escanaba and Reed City, MI (1995 - 1998); Field Ecologist, Peterson Environmental Consulting, Inc., Mendota Heights, MN (1998); Teaching Assistant, MSU (1998 - 2005); Instructor, MSU (2000 - 2002); Curatorial Assistant, W. J. Beal Botanical Garden, MSU (2007 - 2007); and Visiting Assistant Professor, Department of Plant Biology, MSU (2007 - 2008). He continued his career as a professor in the Department of Biology at Washington and Jefferson College (2009).
