Scope and Contents

The Linda O. Stanford papers contain research files and photographs for the book MSU Campus--Buildings, Places, Spaces by Stanford and C. Kurt Dewhurst. The research files comprise 1.5 cubic feet, followed by 0.5 cubic feet of photograph files. Also included are slides that Stanford used for teaching and for the book. The slides include images of Michigan State University buildings and grounds as well as maps and a few historical photos. Both series are arranged alphabetically by subject. The collection contains another 0.33 cubic feet of research materials, including photographs, relating to the College of Arts and Letters, the College of Human Ecology, W. K. Kellogg and his home at Gull Lake. There are two copies of Stanford's publication W. K. Kellogg and his Gull Lake Home included in the collection.
