Biographical

David Thomas is a native of East Lansing, Michigan. Originally a social worker and administrator for the Michigan Department of Social Services, he worked for decades in journalism, including as writer and editor for the Clinton County News and as reporter and arts columnist for the Lansing State Journal. He authored numerous books and articles on Michigan history. (source: Marc Thomas)

Marc Thomas is a native of East Lansing, Michigan. He received degrees from Western Michigan University, University of Illinois, and a doctorate from Ferris State University. He was a professor of social science and the global programs coordinator at Lansing Community College. Currently he is the dean of teaching excellence at Oakland University.
