The collection contains multigraph signature plates of MSU faculty and administrators and a few other plates for office use. A poster from the 2003 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Commemorative Celebration Day is also included in the collection as well as annual reports.

Since it began operations in 1944, Printing Services has reported to the Vice President for Finance and Operations and Treasurer, except for the period 1946-1960, during which it was responsible to the Secretary. Printing Services has also been known as the Mimeograph Department.
