Scope and Contents From the Record Group: The collection consists of a draft survey, created by Mark Havitz, as well as sample letter sent to alumni in the pilot phase of his project. The research project focused on issues related to running and physical activity over the life span. The pilot phase was a pre-test questionnaire of approximately 12 people.
