In cases where the sender is unknown, the correspondence has been filed under the individual to whom they are addressed or pertain to. Dates have been converted into the American dating system (from dd.mm.yy to mm.dd.yy). Dates with a single digit date and month could have been misinterpreted and unintentionally switched. Correspondences that refer to events that Mr. Holtzman organized are filed under Series IV under the event name.
