Scope and Contents
The Victor Weybright Archives of Gypsy Studies contains books, dissertations, journal articles, newspaper clippings, manuscripts, audio-visual materials, and ephemera relating to the documentation and study of Gypsy and Traveler cultures including the Rom, Romanichels, Cale, Sinti, Ludar, Romungre, Irish Travelers, Scottish Travelers and many others.

The Mimi Kaprow Collection retains the original order and Kaprow's mostly original folder titles. Some folder titles have been edited for clarity.
General
Miriam Lee Kaprow studied the Saragossian gypsies in Spain from 1974-1975 in the process of writing her dissertation in anthropology through Columbia University. The Kaprow collection contains tests of gypsies and nongypsies, field notes, photographs, correspondence with her committee, including advisor Dr. Margaret Mead, and related materials. Mimi Lee became one of the founders of the North American chapter of the Gypsy Lore Society.
