This folder contains documents related to detentions and legal cases leading to arrests in South Africa in 1975. There are several memorandums from the Supreme Court of South Africa included [photocopies], as well as a number of documents by the LCCRUL (one of which is addressed to E.S. Reddy) [mostly photocopies; Committee Reports are originals]; Also included is a copy of the United Nation’s notes on South Africa, a copy of “The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, Apartheid and South African Trade” by Harvey Schweitzer [photocopy]; a copy of the African Legal Assistance Project’s Interim Report [photocopy], and various articles/notes/newspaper clippings on the topic of South African arrests [some of these are originals].
