Text: Commemorates the 183rd anniversary of Mexican independence with a dinner at Cristo Rey Community Center, followed by a festival on Sept. 18 and 19th. On Sept. 16, 1810, the people of Mexico, under the leadership of Father Miguel Hidalgo, began to join forces to overthrow Spanish Rule. Adopted by House on Sept. 15, 1993. Signed by Clerk of MI House of Representatives. C. 1. C2 is a b/w photocopy, same size.
