The Chicano/Latino Association, ChiLa, comprised of Michigan State University faculty, staff, and graduate students will be sponsoring the Feria Cultural (Cultural Fair) at Jennison Fieldhouse on the campus of MSU…the Lansing City Council encourages all neighboring cities to support the goals of Chila. 20 x 25 cm. in black binder. 47 x 30 cm. Signed by Lansing Mayor and City Council President Tony Benavides and all Lansing City Council members. There is a gold seal attached to bottom left.
