Lansing Community College Board of Trustees joins local and state municipalities and rest of America in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month the week of September 16th. 20 x 31 cm cream document matted in black, in oak frame (framed size is 34 x 44 cm). Resolution presented to Mr. John J. Castillo, Michigan Department of Civil Rights. Adopted on 16th day of September, 1996. Signed by Abel Sykes, Jr., President of Lansing Community College, the Chair Melvin M. Villareal, Ph.D., Vice Chair Olga Holden, the Secretary-Treasurer, and four Trustees.
