Scope and Contents
Eight photographs.
Photo 1 is labelled “UN Summer ’64: MINEX Students” – This one has been moved from its original location in Box 2, Folder 11 to be housed with the other photographs.
Photo 2 has no caption, and depicts a Nigerian with three Americans, sitting in a garden.
Photo 3 depicts Lt.-Col. Odumegwu Ojukwu in military dress.
Photo 4 depicts a large group of Nigerians and Americans lined up for a photograph.
Photo 5 depicts a reception, with some Nigerians and Americans socializing.
Photo 6 depicts a reception, with some Nigerians and Americans socializing.
Photo 7 depicts a large group of mostly Nigerians lined up for a photograph.
Photo 8 has a caption which reads “Her Majesty the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on Tuesday 28 November 1961 spent a busy day in the Eastern Province of Sierra Leone Inspecting a royal show at Kenema and later watching Mining operations in the Diamond areas.”
