Biographical / Historical
As part of a Big Ten Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) initiative to create unique theatrical performances showcasing the special collections from their respective libraries, Professor Rob Roznowski created a play, Comfort Foods, to highlight the Special Collections at Michigan State University Libraries. After spending time in the Special Collections of MSU Libraries, Professor Roznowski decided to focus on American Cookbooks and their relation to American Society. The play is based on cookbooks from the 1790s to 2010s.
