Photocopies of Gikuyu language newspaper ("The Reconciler," "Unifier," or "Newsbearer" in English) associated with the Kikuyu Central Association and its secretary, Jomo Kenyatta, who was at times (he was in London in 1929) editor of the newspaper, together with English translations of most issues made for the use of the British colonial administration, and occasional correspondence or annotations regarding Muigwithania.
