Michigan Agricultural College Oratorical Association records
The records of the M.A.C. Oratorical Association contain the Treasurer’s account book, grade cards filled out by competition judges, receipts, the Secretary’s book, and two programs from the 1899 Oratorical contest. The Secretary’s book has the group’s constitution along with contest results from 1888 to 1899.
Michigan Dairy Memorial and Scholarship Foundation, Inc. records
The collection includes a historical review which presents a brief history of the foundation including scholarships granted, memorial honors and officers. In addition, it contains financial data and the constitution of the foundation. Also included is the 2010 issue of the foundation's annual newsletter. The organizations represented on these banners include LASO (Latin American Student Organization), Culturas de las Razas (CRU) - a pan-Latino student organization for college students, and MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán).
Michigan State University 1970 Student Strike records
The records consist of materials related to student demonstrations and strikes in May 1970. Topics of the protests included ROTC, and the war in Vietnam. Materials include newspaper clippings, copies of student flyers, as well as press releases. There are also copies of typewritten notes of timeline of events, damage to buildings, and class attendance. There is also a flyer about Bobby Seale in the Bulletins and Announcements folder.
