Dora Hall Stockman was an East Lansing, Michigan resident and was actively involved in local affairs. Hall Banghart's Hair Jewelry Instructions

This hair jewelry instruction booklet was created by Hall Banghart. There are approximately 24 different patterns described, each with a circular sketch of the pattern. At the back of the booklet are wholesale prices for mounting the pieces of jewelry and a list of prices Banghart would charge for braiding. Banghart wrote this instruction booklet between May 30 - August 30, 1862 in both Hunter's Creek, Michigan and Almont, Michigan.
