The bulk of the collection consists of Frederick C. Jenison's papers for the period 1907-1939. Included are personal and business records, primarily expenditure reports. The Justin Kestenbaum collection contains photographic materials such as photographs, negatives, and transparencies that Kestenbaum used for his books, "Out of the Wilderness: An Illustrated History of Greater Lansing" and "At the Campus Gate: A History of East Lansing."
