The George Bouyoucos papers contain speeches he gave to the Agronomy Club and Sigma Xi, the paper “Plaster of Paris Block Electrical Measuring Unit for Making a Continuous Measurement of Soil Moisture Under Field Conditions,” and his obituary. Also included is professional correspondence, a list of Bouyoucos’ publications, and an advertisement for his moisture meter. The George E. Parsons collection consists of a wide range of documents related to the dairy industry and Michigan State College (now Michigan State University).
