Baseball (Intercollegiate Athletics) records

Scope and Contents

The Intercollegiate Athletics Baseball records consists of a 1914 bulletin board announcement, a modern letterhead, 1983 scorecard, a 1999 baseball camp pamphlet, 1952 training camp information and game programs from the 1999, 2001,2002, 2009, and 2010 seasons. Also available are photographs of the baseball team and players for 1870 to 1969.

Ralph H. Young papers

Scope and Contents The Ralph Young papers are divided into four series. Series 1, Correspondence, is arranged alphabetically by subject. The correspondence covers Young's last years as Athletic Director (1951-1952) and consists mainly of letters to directors at other institutions and agencies such as the N.C.A.A. Swimming records

Scope and Contents

These records contain swimming championships programs for 1941, 1959, 1960, 1962, a handout of land exercises for competitive swimming from 1956, and a memo about judging by lanes from 1956. Also included are 22 volumes of scrapbooks which contain newspaper articles about the Michigan State University swim team, local high school and recreational teams, as well as some articles about swimming on the national level.
