Barnett Rosenberg papers

Scope and Content Barnett Rosenberg came to Michigan State University in 1961 as a founding faculty member the Biophysics Department. Rosenberg and his fellow researchers discovered cisplatin and carboplatin which were the first leading anti-cancer drugs. The collection documents the discovery of these two drugs and includes Rosenberg’s personal and business correspondence. The Intercollegiate Athletics Baseball records consists of a 1914 bulletin board announcement, a modern letterhead, 1983 scorecard, a 1999 baseball camp pamphlet, 1952 training camp information and game programs from the 1999, 2001,2002, 2009, and 2010 seasons. Also available are photographs of the baseball team and players for 1870 to 1969.

Beryl Williamson papers

Scope and Contents The Beryl Williamson papers consist of albums, programs, clippings about Williamson and her skaters, Lansing Skating Club directories, photographs, scrapbooks, audio, films and videos with segments about Williamson. Many of the albums in the collection contained pages that over time would harm the photographs inside.
